Inflated animal balloons

The 'Stuiver torentjes' formed an unique but fun challenge because they're so tiny and sort of open to the elements. Rather than fighting this feeling of confined space, I used it as a base for the work.

An unexpected element of working with balloons is that they react to changes in temperature. The balloons seemed to come to life as the weather changed! They'd shrink when it got colder and puff back up in the heat, like they were breathing really slow.

Sadly, the work got destroyed after a week.
